The cover photograph showing the hexagonal theme of the house interior and the song's name implying homage to the bee is not without reason. The Brewsters were committed alternative lifestylers who believed in the potency of a six-sided world. Their house was called Norian in New Plymouth and no, the grand piano did not have six sides! This piece was recorded by TANZA (To Assist New Zealand Artists), a recording company in business from 1948-1958, and the cover notes the piece had NZ copyright number 6027.
