Hints on letterpress printing: a printing trades glossary (HB and J's handbook for the guidance of buyers of letterpress printing in New Zealand: part I)

G.R. Hutcheson had, throughout his life, a commitment to teaching design principles and best practice to the printing trade. This letterpress manual, compiled over a long career, is an invaluable window into the range of printing papers and techniques available in New Zealand and is second only to that other important specimen book, A History of Printing in New Zealand 1830-1940, produced by the Wellington Club of Printing House Craftsmen in 1940.
