The sheet music items held in the Sheet Music Archive of NZ and any scanned or photocopied images of these items remain the property of the Archive and David Dell.

These images are supplied to Victoria University for use on the University website on the understanding that they will not be copied for any other purpose or passed onto any third party without David Dell's express permission.

David Dell takes no responsibility for any action from any person or organisation that might come about as a result of the publication of these images on the Victoria University Website.
