Tuatara Title Pages

The publishing committee has decided to supply each subscriber with three identical title pages, in which a space will be left blank for the volume numbers to be filled in by the individual subscriber, in accordance with whatever plan of binding has been adopted. In view of the varied requirements expressed in the recent poll, it was evident that this is the only way to meet most readers' wishes. One copy of the complete index will be supplied to each subscriber. Additional copies will be available at cost.
