Mr. Francis Humphris Fraser, is one of the three members of the Wellington Harbour Board, appointed biennially by the Government. The term of office for which Mr. Fraser is appointed expires in July, 1896. Full particulars of this gentleman's career will be found under “Wellington City Council.”
