Mr. Charles Grimwood , Manager of the Winton Flaxmill, is a son of Mr Robert Grimwood, the proprietor, and was born at Oxford, North Canterbury, in 1883. He was educated at Woodend, where he was brought up to the flaxmilling industry; and on the establishment of the Winton flaxmill, in 1900, was appointed manager. As a Good Templar, Mr Grimwood is connected with the Winton Lodge.
