Mount Pleasant Estate , in the Winton district, consists of 1100 acres, nearly all of which is fine open pastoral land. At the time Mr. MacLean, the proprietor, made his purchase, there was very little settlement in that part of the country, all the evidences of present progress and prosperity having since been developed with characteristic colonial energy. Mr. MacLean has erected a charming homestead, with other necessary improvements.
