No. 92, 1891, Sess. II.—Petitition of Michael Mullooly.
Petitioner alleges that, through the action of the Government, he is unable to complete his title to land known as Mangarara No. 2, Uawa Block, and, in consequence, is likely to suffer heavy losses. He now prays for relief.
I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make in connection with this petition.
