No. 289.—Petition of Michael Mullooley.

Petitioner alleges that through the action of the Government he is unable to complete his title to land known as Mangarara No. 2, Uawa Block, and in consequence is likely to suffer heavy losses. He prays for relief.

I am directed to report that, as no further evidence has been produced than was brought forward on a similar petition last session, the Committee has no recommendation to make.
