[No. 239.—Petition of Matiu Tupuni Huitara and 10 others.]

No. 239.—Petition of Matiu Tupuni Huitara and 10 others.

Petitioners allege that a portion of the purchase-money for the Kaitaia Block, due to the successor of the late Huitara, has been withheld. They pray that the same may be paid without delay.

I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with reference to this petition.
