No. 612.—Petition of Raita Tukia and Another.
Petitioners pray for a rehearing of that part of the Raketapauma Block, Whanganui, awarded to the descendants of Tutakaroa.
I am directed to report that this Committee is of opinion the petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry into the allegations therein stated.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia tu he whakawa tuarua mo te wahi o Raketapauma Poraka, i Whanganui, i whakataua e te Kooti ki nga uri o Tutakaroa.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei: Kei te whakaaro tenei Komiti me tuku tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia nga tikanga o nga kupu o roto i tana pitihana.
