Petitioners pray for the return of Ngatahira, part of Omarunui Block, which petitioners allege has been wrongfully taken by a person named Sutton.
I am directed to report that the Committee recommend that this petition be referred to the Government for consideration.

E inoi ana nga kai-pitihana kia whakahokia atu a Ngatahira, wahi o Omarunui Poraka, e ki nei nga kai-pitihana i tangohia hetia e tetahi tangata ko Sutton te ingoa.
Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro a te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia whiriwhiria.
