Petitioner prays that legislation may be passed to enable him to obtain his rights in the Whakaihuwaka Block, Wanganui district.

Kua whakahaua ahau kia ki penei, ki te whakaaro o te Komiti me tuku atu tenei pitihana ki te Kawanatanga kia uiuia.
