| 86. | The Rules and Regulations set forth in the Schedule hereunto annexed, shall remain and be in force for regulating the issue of Pasture and Timber Licences for the occupation of Waste Lands of the Crown outside Hundreds. |
| 87. | Any Commissioner appointed under this Act shall have, exercise, and perform all the rights, powers, and duties which the Commissioner of Crown Lands mentioned in the said Rules and Regulations had or could exercise and perform under the said Rules and Regulations. |
