The Opinion of Mr. Brodie.
| 1st. | It will be sufficient in every subsequent Deed to refer to the original Deed; and the Trustees will hold the Estates comprised in each subsequent Deed upon the Trusts of the original Deed. |
| 2d. | Every subsequent Deed should be stamped only according to the number of words it contains. It will not require additional Stamps for the matter referred to. |
| 3d. | The Deed referred to will be good Evidence of the Trusts referred to, in the subsequent Deed. |
| 4th. | It does not appear to me to be necessary to make the Superintendant, or President for the time being, a party to any of the proposed Deeds. |
| 5th. | Whenever it should be necessary to produce evidence of the Trusts referred to in the subsequent Deeds, the original Deed

containing the Trusts referred to, or, in case of the loss of that Deed, an Office Copy of the Inrolment, must be produced. |
