[1,605 acres.] and eighty-three (3283) links, three thousand eight hundred and twenty (3820) links, seven thousand three hundred and eighty (7380) links, four thousand four hundred and thirteen (4413) links, six thousand one hundred and ninety-two (6192) links, one thousand two hundred and sixty-five (1265) links, nine hundred and fifty-nine (959) links, two thousand and two (2002) links, and two thousand one hundred and twenty-seven (2127) links, and by a line four thousand and forty (4040) links; towards the South-east by lines seven hundred and thirty-two (732) links and seven thousand five hundred and twenty-four (7524) links; and towards the West by the Otangaroa No. 3 Block thirty-nine thousand and nineteen (39019) links.
