Waitara District, Province of Taranaki.—All that parcel of land situated in the Township of Raleigh West, containing by admeasurement 29 poles, more or less, being portion of Block CXVII., having a frontage of 120 links to McLean Street, and extending back in a rectangular section 150 links in depth; the north-west corner of the said section being distant from the north-west corner of the said Block CXVII., 175 links.
