Transfer from William Spickman to James Kemp.

1838. 1 November. Transfer from Spickman to J. Kemp. I William Spickman convey to Mr. James Kemp his Heirs Executors and Assigns the whole of the property described on the other side as originally purchased from the Natives by William Parrot and myself and subsequently wholly made over to me by the said William Parrot, which said property I now transfer to the aforesaid James Kemp His Heirs Executors and Assigns on consideration of Four Head of Cattle delivered by him to me this First day of November in the year of our Lord Eighteen hundred and Thirty-eight.
