No. 331c.
Claimant's Name and Address Edouard Eugene Cafler, of Kororarika.
Report.—The Commissioners have the honor to report, for the information of His Excellency the Governor, that, from the accompanying evidence taken in Claim No. 331c, they are of opinion that on 10th November, 1838, John Johnson made a bonâ fide purchase from the Native Chiefs Tareah, Akero, and others of a tract of Land thus described:—

The Commissioners therefore respectfully recommend that a Grant for the abovedescribed Land should be issued to Edouard Eugene Cafler, his heirs and assigns for ever. Excepting 100 feet from high-water mark.
