1839. 26 September.Forasmuch as William Jowett Kohoho is dead, the place which he purchased is now to be Transfer to Church of England Mission. sold, (therefore) We Kotaratara, the widow of William Jowett Kohoho, Pahi and Puhe do now sell for ever to Richard Davis for and in behalf of the Church Missionary Society Receipt for £10., and have received as payment on this the 26th of September in the year 1839, in Cash £10.
