Know all men by these presents that I Robert Cunningham for and in consideration of 1834. 26 April.Transfer to John Ritchie.the sum hereinafter mentioned do convey and make over to John Ritchie all my right title and interest to the land mentioned in the annexed deed, and also to a House erected on the same the same to be enjoyed by the said John Ritchie His Heirs Executors and Assigns and the sum mentioned above as the consideration or payment for the said land and House is Twenty-seven Pounds British Sterling which I hereby acknowledge to have Receipt for £27.received this twenty-sixth day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty-four.
