Transfer to W.G. Hingston.The Land within described was purchased at public auction by Mr. Benjamin Turner for the sum of Thirty Pounds sterling, and is now transferred to Mr. Williaim Hingston by the desire of the said Benjamin Turner and in consideration of the sum of Thirty Pounds paid to me as administrator to the estate of Messrs. Heggie and Buchanan.
