The Minister of Defence to General Freyberg
Your telegram of 13 October (No. 245). War Cabinet are most dissatisfied with the present dispersal of the New Zealand Forces and agree entirely with your views. We will support you fully in page 189 any steps you consider it necessary to take to facilitate the concentration of the New Zealand Division. Please keep us advised of the position and inform us whenever you consider it desirable that we should communicate with the British Government on this matter.
