On Houses For Clergymen.

That it is the duty of the inhabitants of each village to provide a house for their clergyman, in places where one has not already been provided; to complete such as are in course of erection, and to repair such as are in need of repair; And further that it is incumbent on the Parishioners to see that such houses are provided with bedding &c for the use of their minister.
